A software programmed in Java, suitable for dominant and codominant genotype data associated with a virtually unlimited number of individuals, loci, alleles and populations. It generates input formats for any possible combination of populations in the most commonly used population genetic softwares, and allows the user to easily start their submittal process in the free public web server Demiurge, which may host genetic diversity digests (i.e., geo-referenced genotype matrices in T4 format plus ancillary information relevant to their interpretation) for any living organism.
